1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User") and 86baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the website located at https://86baji.net and any related services, games, features, or applications made available through the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or simply browsing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of 86baji regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the platform.

86baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered account holders via the email address on file. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recently revised version.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 86baji to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 86baji platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 86baji operates a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling. Players who are found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately suspended and any funds held pending investigation.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party, business, or syndicate.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 86baji is lawful in your country or region.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of 86baji or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You are not suffering from any legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By using 86baji, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information, particularly regarding age, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of features on 86baji — including real-money wagering, live casino games, sports betting, and payment services — you must register a single personal account. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate details including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or other registered payment wallet, and a secure password of your choosing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 KYC Verification

86baji is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet showing your registered number)
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, taken on the day of submission

KYC documents should be submitted through the account verification section of your profile dashboard. 86baji aims to process verification requests within 24–48 hours. During peak periods, verification may take up to 5 business days.

3.3 Duplicate Accounts

Opening more than one account on 86baji is strictly prohibited. If a duplicate account is identified, 86baji reserves the right to close the secondary account, void any winnings generated through it, and in cases of deliberate misuse, permanently close all associated accounts without refund of deposited funds.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

86baji supports a range of payment methods suited to players across Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following table summarises the key parameters for deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposit Policy

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 86baji does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the account holder's name may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. 86baji does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their standard transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the account must have completed KYC verification and the deposited funds must have been wagered at least once (1x turnover). 86baji reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). If a game provider displays amounts in a different currency (e.g., USD), conversion to BDT is applied automatically at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 86baji is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

86baji periodically offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion page states otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on the promotion page for each offer. Unless specified, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10% of each wager, while slots may contribute 100%. The contribution rates for each game category are displayed on the bonus terms page associated with each offer.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account along with any winnings generated from uncompleted wagering requirements.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. You must complete or forfeit the current bonus before claiming a new one.
• Abuse & Fraud: 86baji monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, and use of automated betting software. Accounts found to be abusing promotions will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from any single bonus offer is ৳20,000. Any winnings above this cap generated from bonus funds alone will not be transferable to the withdrawable balance.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of 86baji, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 86baji platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform
• Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated tool to interact with the platform, including placing bets, navigating menus, or claiming bonuses
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on the sportsbook for financial gain. Any bets placed as a result of a manifest error may be voided by 86baji at its sole discretion
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including the use of 86baji as a mechanism to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds of illegal origin
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 86baji staff members or other users via the live chat, email support, or any other communication channel
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account, or sharing your account credentials with any third party
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting in a manner that undermines market integrity, or any other activity that 86baji reasonably believes constitutes cheating
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to mask your true geographic location or to circumvent access restrictions
• Placing bets for the account or benefit of another individual without 86baji's prior written consent

Breach of any of the obligations listed above constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 86baji reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation, void all associated wagers and bonuses, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the 86baji platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 86baji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 86baji platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any 86baji content
• Use any 86baji trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner without prior written authorisation
• Scrape, index, or mirror the 86baji website or its game content using automated tools
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any 86baji software

Game titles and assets provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective owners. 86baji displays these games under valid licensing agreements and does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 86baji, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 86baji specifically excludes liability for:

• Any financial losses arising from wagering or betting activity conducted on the platform
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the delivery of games or platform services due to technical failures, maintenance windows, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures)
• The conduct, accuracy, or reliability of third-party game providers whose titles are hosted on the 86baji platform
• Loss of data, account information, or game history resulting from events outside 86baji's reasonable control
• Any harm resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure

Nothing in these Terms limits 86baji's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your 86baji account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by 86baji

86baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• The account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC
• The account holder is under 18 years of age
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to 86baji
• We are required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order

9.3 Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who request self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools or via the support team will have their accounts suspended for the minimum exclusion period selected. During self-exclusion, 86baji will make reasonable efforts to ensure the excluded player cannot access the platform. 9.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 86baji will notify the account holder by email before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance if lower). Players can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. 86baji operates as an internationally licensed platform. Players using 86baji from Bangladesh are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

In the event of a dispute between you and 86baji, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter informally within 10 business days of receiving your complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to a recognised independent dispute resolution body. 86baji will cooperate fully with any such process. The decision of an independent adjudicator shall be final and binding on both parties.

86baji reserves the right to transfer, assign, or sub-contract any of its rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party, for example in the event of a corporate restructure, merger, or acquisition. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without 86baji's prior written consent.
